OnCallDJ is operated by PrimeKey Enterprises LLC. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

What OnCallDJ does

OnCallDJ is a booking marketplace. We connect customers who want a live-streamed DJ set for a party with DJs who perform those sets remotely. We provide the booking, scheduling, song-request, and streaming-link tools. We are not a party to the performance agreement between the customer and the DJ.

Fees and payments

• Customers pay a flat $5 connection fee per booking, processed through Stripe.
• The DJ's performance rate and any tips are agreed directly between the customer and the DJ, and paid directly between them — through whatever method they arrange (bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, etc.). OnCallDJ never holds, processes, or takes a cut of the DJ's rate or tips.
• DJs keep 100% of their quoted rate and 100% of tips. OnCallDJ takes no percentage.

DJ responsibilities

DJs are independent — not employees of OnCallDJ. Each DJ is responsible for showing up on time, delivering the agreed set, and handling their own taxes. DJs must have the rights to perform the music they play.

Cancellations

If a DJ cancels, we'll help the customer find a replacement. The $5 connection fee is refunded if we can't. Rate payments made directly to a DJ are between the customer and the DJ.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform — no spam, no fake bookings, no harassment of DJs or customers. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

OnCallDJ provides the booking tools "as is." We're not liable for the quality of a DJ's performance, technical issues on either party's internet connection, or disputes over rates paid directly between customers and DJs.
