OnCallDJ is operated by PrimeKey Enterprises LLC. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account info: name, email, and password (stored hashed) when you sign up as a customer, DJ, or owner.
• DJ profiles: stage name, photo, genres, rates, city, and availability that DJs choose to publish.
• Booking details: event date, time, location, and messages between customers and DJs.
• Payment info: the $5 connection fee is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

What we don't collect

We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't track you across other websites. DJ performance payments happen directly between customers and DJs, off our platform — we have no visibility into those.

How we use your info

Only to run the service: accounts, bookings, reminders, and support. Transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders) come from bookings@getoncalldj.com.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your account data at any time by emailing bookings@getoncalldj.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
